NIB was awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for CMS closeout support services with the Department of Defense (DoD). While NIB candidates for employment with the CMS program have college or advanced degrees, none had the specialized knowledge in contract management that support services require.
