What is your course cancellation policy?
All sessions and courses are subject to cancellation and a session may be cancelled at any time. When Strategy Execution cancels a class/session, Strategy Execution assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or lodging expenses.
Student Registration Cancellation Policy (e-Training):
To cancel a classroom course contact Customer Service +1 (888) 374-8884 or your account representative. If we receive notification of cancellation within the first seven calendar days of enrollment, the student or organization will receive a refund, less an administration fee of 10% of list (non-discounted) tuition. Beyond the seven calendar days from enrollment, no credits or refunds, partial or otherwise, apply.
Student Registration Cancellation Policy (Virtual and Instructor led):

- 30 days prior to the start date of the class, registration cancellations can be completed with no penalties.
- Cancel between 30 & 15 days before course = pay 50%
- Cancel under 15 days before course = 100%
- 30 days prior to the start date of the class, registration reschedules can be completed with no penalties.
- 30 to 15 days = pay 25% of course fee
- Under 15 days = pay 50% of course fee
- Or under 15 days and reschedule within 1 month = 25%
Applies to scheduled PayGo courses and Delivery fees on committed contracts
Students who don’t show up for a sessions will have a processing fee of the full tuition amount paid. When a cancellation is completed on a registration which is paid, the student will receive a credit voucher (refundable upon request) valid for six months from the date when the registration was cancelled.
What is Your Payment Policy?
ALL registrations for ILT and VILT sessions must be paid in full 30 days before the start date of the session. If student registers within 30 days of the start date of the session, payment must be received at the time of registration. Preferred payment is by credit card. Wires and checks are acceptable when registration is done before the start of the session. Training forms and purchase orders are not considered full payment. All registrations not paid 14 days before the start date of a class will be cancelled.
For e-training, registrations must be paid in full before students are allowed access to course material.
I am a new student and need help selecting courses. Are there course counselors available?

I would like to take online and classroom training classes. May I apply e-Training, virtual classroom and traditional classroom classes toward an associate's, professional or master's certificate?
Yes. You may apply any qualifying course toward an associate's, professional or master's certificate, whether it's an e-Training, virtual classroom or a classroom course.
What types of assessments do your courses include?
Throughout the course, instructors will assess participants against the learning objectives and provide individual feedback. Assessment methods may include exercises and associated debriefs, instructor-led discussions, quizzes, final exams, and so on. A description of the particular methods used in each course will be provided at the beginning of the course.

What is your inclement weather policy?
We do not cancel class due to inclement weather. If weather conditions prevent you from attending, we can reschedule you in a later session or make other arrangements. If you have questions about a particular situation, please call +1 (888) 374-8884.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Strategy Execution accepts the following proof of payment: check, credit card, purchase order and government training form. Accepted credit cards include: American Express, Discover, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa. Checks should be made payable to TwentyEighty Strategy Execution. Purchase orders and government training forms should name TwentyEighty Strategy Execution as the vendor.

How early or late can I register for a course?
You may register for a course at any time; however, full payment is expected at the time of the registration.
What discounts are available to me?
Special pricing is available in some instances. You may also contact a course counselor, +1 (888) 374-8884, to ask about any special promotions.
What hotels are located near my classroom?
Washington, DC area: Strategy Execution has negotiated rates for several hotels located near the Ballston Training Center.
Other Locations: Many of our courses are conducted in hotels and conference centers. When possible, Strategy Execution will negotiate a rate for students attending the session. Call our Customer Service team, +1(888) 374-8884 to see if there is a negotiated rate for the hotel. Not all hotels have special rates for Strategy Execution and a lodging discount is not guaranteed.
When will I receive a confirmation letter for my course registration?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with information regarding class hours and location. If a site location is not listed in your letter, we are still finalizing the site and will notify you as soon as the site is confirmed.

What is Your Disability Accommodation Policy?
Upon prior sufficient notice, Strategy Execution will provide reasonable accommodations to students with disabilities pursuant to applicable laws. We request written notice at least 15 days prior to the start of a course so that wecan arrange for reasonable accommodations and establish appropriate billing arrangements. If applicable, the employer of the student will be billed for the cost of any necessary accommodation. Please call +1 (866) 374-8201 for assistance.
How do I arrange to make up missed class time?
If you have missed more than 4 hours of class time, you will automatically receive a letter from us after the course ends, outlining your options for making up the class time and the staff contact for arranging the missed class time. You must make up any absence greater than four hours in order to receive credit and a completion certificate for the course.
Will I earn a course completion certificate for every course I complete successfully?
Yes. You can expect to earn a course completion certificate from any Strategy Execution classroom, e-Training or virtual room course, if you fulfill all course requirements. In order to complete a course, you must attend the required course hours and successfully complete any required exam or course project.
Special Note Regarding Appraisals: PMAppraise™ and BAAppraise™ are not courses and do not qualify for course completion certificates.
How many times can I take a course exam if I fail?
If you fail the exam in class, you may retake it up to two more times in a proctored environment or on exam day in another session of the same course. To arrange another exam, please contact your Training Manager at +1 (703) 558-3000.
How do I find out what grade I earned on an exam or course?
Most courses contain a final exam. For courses with exams, we can provide the exam score and confirmation of course completion. For courses without final exams, we can provide confirmation of course completion. Your instructor will grade your exam before you leave class.
If you would like a transcript showing your training history, including course title, date of completion and contact hours earned (the instructional time in the classroom), contact Customer Care at +1 (888) 374-8884. You may also view your training history and grades by logging onto MyESI.
If you are seeking a transcript reflecting ACE credits for a college or university, you must obtain that transcript from the ACE Council on Education (ACE/CREDIT) College Credit Recommendation Service student registry, at www.acenet.edu. See the related Transcripts answer below.
What courses should I take if I want to earn a certificate?
Strategy Execution offers a variety of courses you can take to earn one of our program certificates. Depending on your experience and knowledge base, there are some courses you may want to take first and others that you may want to take later in your course of study. Visit the Certification section of our website for recommended course paths certification.
Can I Apply a Course to more than one Certification?
Courses cannot be applied to more than one master's or professional certificate, however, if you are interested in pursuing more than one master’s or professional certificate, you may discuss your options with a course counselor by calling Customer Care at +1 (888) 374-8884. You may apply any courses taken to receive your associate’s certificate toward a master’s or professional certificate.
I would like to switch from one master's certificate program to another. How do I do this?
Strategy Execution handles these requests on a case-by-case basis. It may be possible to transfer some courses from one certificate program to another. Please contact Customer Care at +1 (888) 374-8884 for additional information.
How do I report the Professional Development Units (PDUs) I earn with Strategy Execution courses to PMI?
To report your PDUs, you will need to submit a PMP® Professional Development Activities Reporting Form directly, or visit www.pmi.org.

What is Strategy Execution's policy on instructor's proprietary interests?
Proprietary interests in course materials published by TwentyEighty Strategy Execution are reflected in the copyright statements that are included in every TwentyEighty Strategy Execution published work. This includes instructor proprietary interests in the course materials, if any. TwentyEighty Strategy Execution course materials and instructors do not promote the exclusive use of any commercial product in published course materials or during instruction. Some courses include delivery and facilitation of 3rd party instruments, such as assessment instruments. To TwentyEighty Strategy Execution’s knowledge, instructors have no proprietary interest in the development or marketing of those instruments and no financial interest in the organizations that own those instruments. Instructors who do hold such interests are required by TwentyEighty Strategy Execution to declare their interests both to TwentyEighty Strategy Execution and to participants during course delivery.
