Upskilling project leaders to thrive in complex environments

Since 2017, Strategy Execution, now part of Korn Ferry, has partnered with Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE), which has been ranked among The Financial Times’ top three university programs for custom executive education for the last 19 years.

Through this partnership comes the delivery of innovative learning solutions designed to shape the future of project leadership, while helping professionals sharpen their skills and remain competitive in their careers.

Together, Korn Ferry and Duke Corporate Education launched the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP), with a focus on developing leaders of project-based work as they navigate unanticipated market shifts and unpredictable industry disruptions. Participants who complete the required ASEP coursework will earn a program certificate of completion from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

In 2019, we extended our partnership with Duke CE to also deliver certificate programs designed to build necessary skills at both basic and advanced levels of project execution.
