) may apply their certifications to shorten the path to earning a master's certificate from The George Washington University.
The two joint master's certificates offered through this strategic partnership are:
- Master’s Certificate in Project Management
- Master’s Certificate Contract Management
Both programs provide comprehensive education and enable students to gain essential knowledge and skills that can help ensure successful project or contract management specific to the defense sector. These certifications are recognized credentials that acknowledge and reward individual achievement while adding authority to your organization’s strategic learning initiatives. Additionally, recipients of the Master's Certificate in Project Management may receive advanced academic standing for up to 3 "non-core" courses, for a total of up to 9 credits toward The George Washington University Master’s Degree in Project Management.
Our DAU-authorized courses prepare individuals for the certification programs under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). To earn a Master’s Certificate, you must successfully complete all courses for each program within four years.
