Bill Damara

Bill Damaré, VP, Government Markets

Bill Damaré leads a dedicated team supporting the U.S. federal, state and local governments, and education industry. With more than 25 years of experience working within the government sector, Bill’s knowledge of government regulations, requirements and compliance standards makes him an invaluable advisor for ESI clients. Before joining ESI, Bill was Director of Sales, Alternate Channels at Océ USA, a global provider of digital document management and delivery services. A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), he has served as Education Co-Chair for the PMI®’s Government Special Interest Group (GOVSig). He also is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Bill holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park as well as a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, Washington, DC.

Joe Gwozdz Joseph Gwozdz, CFO

Joe is a CPA and has an outstanding track record of success in managing the financial operations of small, medium and large enterprises. Prior to joining IPS, he spent six years as CFO of FOLIOfn, Inc., a financial services and technology holding company. While at FOLIOfn, he led a financial turnaround that delivered the company’s first ever profits and grew revenues at a 40 percent annual growth rate. He was an award winning COO/CFO at Easter Seals for leading a financial and operational turnaround. Joe serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington DC Chapter of the Financial Executives International (FEI) and is the former Director for the National Capital Chapter of the COO Forum.

Raed S. Haddad

 Raed S. Haddad, Managing Director, Asia-Pacific

Raed S. Haddad is responsible for growing ESI APAC in the most effective and efficient manner that serves our clients in the region and increases ESI’s presence in markets we serve as well as expand into new markets. With more than 25 years of project management expertise across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, government, telecommunications and financial services, and he has helped ESI’s clients  leverage project management, business analysis and business skills for strategic advantages. Raed was a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering in Washington, DC, where he taught graduate level courses related to program /project management and decision making techniques. Raed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, he holds an MS in Engineering Administration in Project Management & MIS from The George Washington University. He is also a PhD Candidate at the School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at George Washington University.

Bob SeilerBob Seiler, Chief Executive Officer

 Bob Seiler brings a keen ability to transform organizations from the inside out through targeted initiatives focused on driving revenue and delivering innovative sales solutions. Combining his robust background in business leadership and strong passion for executing vision, Bob delivers successful strategies designed to take TwentyEighty Strategy Execution to the next level. Before joining TwentyEighty, Bob served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PR Newswire and was previously Vice President of SPSS. Whether developing competitive positioning strategies, streamlining internal processes, or contributing to new product development, Bob’s business acumen results in bottom-line improvement. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Kansas and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Duke’s Fuqua Business School.


 Tim WassermanTim Wasserman, Chief Learning Officer for TwentyEighty Strategy Execution and Program Director for Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM) Program

Tim is responsible for leading the strategy and content of all Strategy Execution learning solutions. He is an expert in the successful implementation of large-scale organizational behavior change, with over 25 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Tim has led design and implementation teams to improve execution capabilities for organizations including Cisco, Google, Medtronic, Nordstrom, Prudential and Boeing. He has delivered workshops globally, and is on the SAPM program faculty delivering on campus at Stanford on the topics of organizational change and transformation, and global team effectiveness.
