ESI International Expands Curriculum with New Course, Communicating Up: Winning Strategies for Successful Executive Conversations
New Course Offers Scenario-Based Learning Through Comprehensive, Hands-on Role Playing

ESI International, the world's leading project management training company, today announced the introduction of its newest course, titled Communicating Up: Winning Strategies for Successful Executive Conversations. The new course offers hands-on practice and scenario-based role play exercises to allow students to practice communication techniques in a risk-free environment.

The course focuses on preparing students to interact with executives in difference types of situations. Students will have an opportunity to practice newly learned skills and techniques, so they’re prepared for various types of executive interactions including hallway conversations, difficult conversations, presenting to an executive committee, and other common scenarios.
“There is currently a gap in training,” said Collins. “While we know that communication is a critical, required skill, it is often not taught by organizations. Our new course is an effective way of meeting this requirement and giving project managers the skills they need to communicate effectively and professionally.”
Communicating Up: Winning Strategies for Successful Executive Conversations is currently available. In conjunction with the release of the new course, ESI has also authored a new article titled, Executive Conversations: Five Keys to Communicating so the C-Suite Listens. The paper outlines five strategies that can be taken to ensure that each executive conversation is productive and effective.
