Prior to joining ESI International, Ms. Koide held leadership and strategic roles within Blackboard, Inc. and Sapient. At Blackboard, she served as Vice President, Consulting Delivery and Operations, where she was responsible for the direction and management of global consulting and delivery operations. While at Sapient, she served in a global operations and program management capacity on an international level establishing a new operating unit in Sydney, Australia and leading client delivery in the Chicago, London and Washington DC offices.
Joining ESI International’s executive management team, Ms. Koide will focus on developing a high-performing operations team driving process improvement initiatives with direct oversight of the company’s public enrollment business, including telesales, customer service and logistics.
