Chief Executive Officer
Bob Seiler is chief executive officer of Strategy Execution, a TwentyEighty company. He joined Strategy Execution in 2015, bringing more than 30 years of technology and business services industry leadership experience to his role with the company. Bob oversees the strategic direction and global operations of the Arlington-based training company.
Prior to joining Strategy Execution, Bob served as Senior Vice President for PR Newswire where his focus on customer acquisition strategies, new market innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution led to significant company growth in the face of a declining marketplace. Over the years, he held a variety of management positions within technology companies, like SPSS, Hyperion, Teradata, and MarchFirst.
Bob received a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Kansas. He currently lives in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and two kids.
Chief Learning Officer
Tim Wasserman, Chief Learning Officer, is responsible for leading the strategy and thought leadership of all Strategy Execution learning solutions. He is an expert in the successful implementation of large-scale organizational behavior change, with over 25 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives for Global Fortune 500 companies.
Tim has led global design and implementation teams to improve execution capabilities for organizations including Apple, Boeing, Cisco, Cognizant Technologies, Google, Medtronic, Nordstrom, and Prudential Securities. He speaks and writes regularly on the topics of strategic alignment, organizational change and transformation, and global team effectiveness.
Tim has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University and University of California Berkeley, and regularly presents at conferences including PMI Global Congresses and Chief Strategy Officer Symposium, and The Strategic Execution Conference. Tim was Program Director of the award-winning Stanford Advanced Project Management Program, and is now the executive sponsor of the new Adaptive Strategic Execution Program in partnership with Duke Corporate Education at Duke University.
Raed S. Haddad
Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
Raed S. Haddad is responsible for growing Strategy Execution APAC in the most effective and efficient manner that serves our clients in the region and increases Strategy Execution’s presence in markets we serve as well as expand into new markets. With more than 25 years of project management expertise across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, government, telecommunications, and financial services, he has helped Strategy Execution’s clients leverage project management, business analysis, and business skills for strategic advantages.
Previously, Raed was a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering in Washington, DC, where he taught graduate level courses related to program/project management and decision making techniques.
Raed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, he holds an MS in Engineering Administration in Project Management & MIS from The George Washington University. He is also a PhD Candidate at the School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at George Washington University.
Managing Director, EMEA
Matthew Ansbro is responsible for leading Operations, Sales, and Marketing in EMEA, with offices in London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and Dubai. He joined Strategy Execution in January 2017, having successfully led European teams in the online data and analytics sector, including 11 years in the Intellectual Property & Science division of Thomson Reuters and 6 years in the Chemicals business of Reed Elsevier. Matthew holds a degree in Spanish & French from the University of Sheffield.
Vice President, Government Markets
Bill Damaré leads a dedicated team supporting the U.S. federal, state and local governments, and education industry. With more than 25 years of experience working within the government sector, Bill’s knowledge of government regulations, requirements, and compliance standards makes him an invaluable advisor for Strategy Execution clients. He is also responsible for managing Strategy Execution’s relationship and partnership with the George Washington University.
Before joining Strategy Execution, Bill was Director of Sales, Alternate Channels at Océ USA, a global provider of digital document management and delivery services. A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), he has served as Education Co-Chair for the PMI®’s Government Special Interest Group (GOVSig). He also is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
Bill holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park as well as a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, Washington, DC.
